LAKEVILLE, MINN. [December 1, 2014] –ImageTrend, Inc. is proud to announce that Albuquerque Fire Department has chosen ImageTrend as their electronic patient care reporting (ePCR) and fire RMS (records management system) provider. The department needed an integrated solution that would allow computer aided dispatch (CAD) import, advanced reporting and quality assurance and quality improvement (QA/QI).
“Our department needed a program that is powerful, proven, and intuitive enough to take care of our day to day needs,” Albuquerque Fire Chief David Downey said. “With more than 75,000 EMS calls expected next year, selecting the right software was a decision we didn’t take lightly. Since choosing ImageTrend, we have been happy with their continued support from their team and we look forward to a successful partnership”.
“Our client relationships are of utmost importance to us and we are honored to be working with Albuquerque Fire Department as they advance their reporting and quality goals in an ever growing metropolitan market,” said Mike McBrady, President and CEO of ImageTrend, Inc.
With their newly-implemented solution from ImageTrend, Albuquerque Fire Department can measure performance and set up scheduled reports based on their own data. Reports can be viewed directly in EMS Service Bridge or exported to other formats such as a spreadsheet or PDF. The system is expected to go live later this year.
